The search bar on top can be used to browse a Silk site and to create new pages.

The examples that are used below can be tested on the Countries of the World site.
Find pages by name
Retrieve pages within a specific page category
To retrieve a list of pages with Country as a page category, simply type 'Country' in the search bar. To view the list inside the search bar menu, click the arrow next to the search result (or press →). To view the list in explore mode, click the search result or hit enter.
Find tags and their corresponding pages
To retrieve a list of Capitals, with the corresponding Country pages, simply type 'Capital' in the search bar. To view the list inside the search bar menu, click the arrow next to the search result (or press →). To view the list in explore mode, click the search result or hit enter.
Create new pages
If you are on a site that you are allowed to edit, you can create a new page by entering the name into the search bar and selecting the "Create new page" option.
Keyboard shortcuts
The search bar is optimized for keyboard usage. Press Control+O on Windows/Linux of Command+O on Mac to move your cursor to the navigate bar. When in the search bar, you can use all the arrow keys to navigate through the items. Play with it for a minute!
